With a tree, a cave, a zip line, a music studio, learning centers, offerings for every age and so much more, we open kids and adults up in a creatively imagined space designed to elevate the senses, so we can all grow into something great. Kids, infants, families, and adults come to the Lotus Tree to better connect the mind/body using sensory integration, occupational, speech, music and physical therapies, as well as other complementary and therapeutic services. Several of our therapists bring their dogs to work, and we think of them as part of our team, working together with our staff to provide comfort and encouragement when extra support might be needed. Fall 2020 The Lotus Tree is fully reopened and we are so happy to see your children once again! We are pleased to announce we have hired two additional Occupational Therapists to help meet the demand for services for the children in the Treasure Valley. In an effort to ensure your child’s, our staff’s and the public’s health, we have increased our cleaning protocols at our clinic. This may mean your child’s appointment time will be reduced slightly to provide cleaning time between sessions. It also means our staff and everyone who enters the Lotus Tree will be required to wear a mask and thoroughly wash hands upon entry. Here is how we’re meeting today’s challenges: Our waiting rooms are closed. We ask that you remain in your vehicle or sit in the outdoor space provided while your child is in session. This helps us reduce the number of people in the clinic at a given time and allows for greater social distancing. If one adult wishes to be present during a session, they must wear a mask. Therapist will meet you outdoors at the start of your child’s session. There is no need to call to let us know you’ve arrived unless you have waited ten minutes past your appointment time. Therapist will return child to you in the parking lot. You must be in the parking lot awaiting your child 15 minutes prior to the end of their session. No late pick ups are allowed! If your child, your family or anyone in direct contact with your family has tested positive for Covid-19, is ill with any of the following symptoms or has been told to quarantine, please reschedule your child’s appointment.
